These times have been good to me. I’ll admit, I was counting on not seeing you for a long time. It’s not out of any negative feeling towards you; I just think there’s nothing there is to say or do when I see you in the first place.

But of course, things happen and I just smile at the playfulness of fate. Yes, I believe in those kinds of things. If I stopped doing so, I wouldn’t be able to explain why it is that when I happened to take a rare trip down that memory lane that I would see you for the first time in a while, and for three days in a row at that.

Anyway, all I really mean to say is hi. :)
